Our podcast Nowak has received production support from the Flemish Audiovisual Fund (VAF) — the adventure begins!

In the 1930s, Kazimierz Nowak, a Polish adventurer, set off on a journey by bicycle from Poland to traverse the entire African continent — all the way to South Africa and back. Now, almost a century later, Titus De Voogdt, Jeroen Franssens, and Tom Ysewijn will complete the part of his journey that Nowak was unable to finish: a rugged trek through Namibia and Angola.

In this podcast, they take you along on their quest to answer a pressing question: is there still room for adventure in today’s world?

The trip takes place in October 2025, and we are still searching for partners to help bring this extraordinary project to life. Whether through funding, expertise, or resources, we are looking for collaborators who see a meaningful connection to our story and want to be part of this unique journey.
